Booking policy (please read and accept)
Our online appointment booking application is open to the next 7 days.
With the using you accept the following conditions:
- we have to ask for a deposit for booked appointments,
- you can reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) for free until 24 hours before your appointment, via your received confirmation email,
- there is no free reschedule or cancel within the last 24 hours before your appointment,
- we keep the right to modify or cancel your appointment in case of delay more than 10 minutes because the next customer,
- the deposit's amount is included in the labour fee, except for
- no-shows,
- cancellations due to a delay of more than 10 minutes, or
- cancellations/reschedule within the last 24 hours,
- please book different appointments for all the different tasks with the multiple selection. Then roll down to "Continue".
- the booking's time based on our experience. We will do only works that your booking contains.
We keep the right to do or refuse any other task that maybe longer than your booked time.
